Refund Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, with 14 days to ship approved items back after receiving your Returns Authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, personalized products, intimates, swimwear, and clearance merchandise are not eligible. Original shipping, taxes, duties, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, in pristine resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Shoes require the original undamaged box—use protective outer packaging.
Return Process
Email support@dropraze.com with your order number, item details, and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and provide a Returns Authorization Number with shipping instructions if approved.
Shipping Responsibility
You cover all return shipping costs. Use tracked, insured service—we're not liable for lost returns. Ship to the address provided in your authorization.
Refunds
Approved returns are inspected within 5-7 business days. Eligible refunds process to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus non-refundable fees. Customs duties on returns may be deducted.
Non-Refundable Returns
Items not meeting condition standards will be returned to you at your expense—no refund issued.
