Shipping Policy
Shipping Origin and Timeline
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted DSers suppliers, primarily shipping from locations in China. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 10-12 business days total. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, high order volumes, postal delays, or holidays.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available) to monitor your package's status. You will also receive a delivery notification upon arrival.
Shipping Liability
We partner with reliable DSers suppliers to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Drop Raze is not liable for misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave the supplier's facility. If the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and tracking confirms delivery to that address, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable or replaceable. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or declared lost by the carrier, contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number. We may assist with supplier claims at our discretion, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship worldwide via DSers suppliers. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. Delays at customs are beyond our control.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and DSers supplier options. Standard economy shipping is used unless upgraded. Expedited options may be available at additional cost.
