If the shipping address you provided at checkout is correct and your tracking number indicates that the package has been successfully shipped, we are not responsible for any issues that arise after the package has been delivered to the address.

Stolen or Lost Packages

Please note that stolen or lost packages are non-refundable. If you suspect your package has been stolen or misplaced after it is marked as delivered, we recommend contacting your local postal service or courier to resolve the issue.
